CSM's Single Shared Platform

STET’s CORE system has been developed on a Multiple CSM - Single Shared Platform designed for processing existing national legacy payments or SEPA payments.

SEPA harmonisation will lead to market concentration, allowing the following benefits:

  • Internal processing efficiency through reduced number of clearing interfaces
  • Processing cost efficiency through volume concentration
  • Liquidity efficiency by reducing number of settlement obligations
  • Better treasury control through fewer clearing positions
  • Reachability to other community participants

Non-SEPA domestic payment instruments will continue to be processed in parallel to the SEPA schemes. National AOSs may need to be supported depending on local market requirements.

STET CSM Single Shared Platform offers opportunities for national CSM communities, with local governance and different payment processing requirements.

CORE platform’s flexible architecture can support different payment message formats, accommodate different processing cycles and cut-off times.
