Client Support

STET service desk is the client primary point of contact for day to day service support for information & service request including :

  • Bank configuration change,
  • Change request submission and tracking,
  • Management of technical and functional incidents.

In addition, STET provides a service portal for electronic access to information.

STET optional customized services include a Service Delivery Manager who will manage the relationship with a new client or a community from contracting up to operation phase.
