Promoting Diversity & Inclusion

Treating everyone equally, regardless of gender, ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability, age, sexual orientation or nationality, is both a universal moral obligation and a key priority for all STET employees. Each of us is expected to treat others with the dignity and respect they deserve as fellow human beings. Diversity in the workplace, supported through the recruitment and promotion of individuals from a variety of backgrounds, is a valuable asset to the company. It allows us to enrich ourselves collectively and brings with it a multitude of different and complementary skills that strengthen us.

Fighting Discrimination

STET is committed to respecting all applicable labor standards, including relevant laws, conventions and regulations, as well as the principles set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and by the International Labor Organization. Social responsibility is a priority in STET’s corporate strategy.

We actively combat all forms of discrimination daily, whether in recruitment, promotion, pay, job retention or working conditions. At the same time, we ensure that every individual has access to support and a listening ear, as well as the opportunity to learn new methods, develop expertise, build interpersonal skills, and grow in an environment that encourages them to show initiative and creativity.

Students & Young Talent

Youth Recruitment HR Policy

Our approach to youth recruitment focuses on attracting students seeking internships or work-study placements at the end of their studies. The goal is to offer them valuable first experience that can lead to securing a permanent or fixed-term position within the company.

University Relations

In May 2024, we signed a partnership agreement with the École Nationale Supérieure d’Ingénieurs de Caen (ENSICAEN).
