Our Values

Cooperation

Cooperation is a core value at STET, fostering a collaborative and harmonious working environment. Our focus is on three key points:

  • Sharing information
  • Trusting others
  • Thinking collectively

Recognition

Recognition is essential to us at STET, as it directly boosts employee motivation and commitment. At STET, we emphasize:

  • Congratulating and celebrating everyday successes
  • Acknowledging hard work and individual contributions to projects

Exemplarity

Exemplarity shapes STET’s organizational culture and employee behaviour. Here are our 5 priorities:

  • Respecting everyone and playing by the rules
  • Staying positive
  • Being consistent and transparent
  • Listening actively
  • Following through with decisions

Cohesion

Cohesion is a priority for STET. It is a vital component of a cooperative and productive working environment. We value:

  • Being united and empowered around a common goal
  • Creating opportunities to share ideas and information
  • Thinking collectively
  • Helping others

Ethics

Ethics Charter

STET is deeply committed to complying with all applicable legislation, regulations, and standards. But beyond mere compliance, we, at STET, believe that it is essential to foster a strong ethical framework for our clients and internal and external employees alike.

This code of conduct is reflected, on the one hand, in our core principles: cooperation, recognition, exemplarity and cohesion, and on the other hand, in our commitment to encouraging and promoting responsible behavior through clear policies and concrete actions that engage each and every one of us.

To formalize these commitments, STET has established an Ethics Charter. This charter brings together all our policies and guides the daily conduct of all employees, regardless of their role or responsibilities. It ensures that each of us, day in and day out, uphold and embody these ethical principles in service to STET, our partners and society as a whole.

Integrity

STET considers it essential to foster a strong ethical framework with its clients and partners.

This code of conduct is built on four core principles: cooperation, recognition, exemplarity, and cohesion. Additionally, there is a clear intent to encourage and promote responsible behavior through internal policies and concrete actions impacting each of us.

To formalize these commitments, STET has established an Ethics Charter. This charter encapsulates all these policies and guides employees’ professional conduct, regardless of their roles or responsibilities.

As part of our commitment to fighting corruption and being more transparent, STET has also implemented a certified and specialized external platform enabling staff to confidentially report any concerning behaviors or situations within the organization.

Responsible Procurement Charter

In line with its CSR approach, STET’s Procurement Department has adopted a Responsible Procurement Charter, which outlines the commitments made by STET and its suppliers.

STET's Commitments:

  • Uphold the principles of fairness, transparency, and ethical business conduct, and avoid situations such as economic dependency
  • Comply with agreed payment terms
  • Respect confidentiality and intellectual property rights

By signing this Charter, suppliers agree to:

  • Respect and promote human and labor rights.
  • Minimize the environmental impact of their activities and implement actions to protect the environment.
  • Adopt an ethical approach to business, including fighting corruption and preventing conflicts of interest.
  • Promote the principles set out in this charter in their own supply chains and among their employees.

All suppliers are required to sign this charter upon responding to RFPs or being designated as preferred suppliers.
