Recruitment Process

    First Interview with Talent Acquisition

Candidates are identified through a variety of channels (responses to job postings, social networks, referrals and recommendations, and recruitment agencies).

Our Talent Acquisition team will reach out to arrange an initial discussion.

    Interview with a Manager

After a preliminary assessment of the candidate’s soft skills, a meeting is scheduled with the relevant operational manager.

During this interview, the manager will outline the role and its objectives, while also evaluating the candidate’s technical skills.

    Interview with the HR Director

Once validated by the manager, the candidate is invited to meet with the HR Director. This discussion focuses on the candidate’s perception and understanding of the challenges of the role and STET’s broader mission.

It also provides an opportunity to explore the various social and support initiatives available at STET.

    Interview with Senior Management (N+2)

In some cases, an additional interview may be arranged with a member of the Management or the Executive Committee.

    Final Validation

Once the application is approved and both parties agree to move forward, the candidate will receive verbal confirmation followed by a written offer via e-mail.
